• My sessions are not quick-fixes but can be profound in the insights you experience. You may only need one session with me, but usually clients need more time to get to the root of their "stuckness" so they can move past the challenges they're facing. 
   

• My sessions are experiential, meaning that I guide you to a place in your psyche where you can stop thinking analytically about things. You allow yourself to relax and, with my guidance, notice what insights arise from within.

• Sessions last about 45-50 minutes, but the first full session may go a bit longer.
   

• I ask that all first-time clients schedule a short complimentary video call below with me to see if we'd work well together.

• My fee is $110 per session. I accept Venmo and PayPal. In order to pay with a credit card, click on the "G Pay" button.
   

• Once you click on the "Session with Katie" button below, you'll be able to choose a day & time that suits your availability.
